The book

The Empowering Truth of Responsibility

Stop leaving your life up to chance.

You have the life you have right now because of who you have been up to now. It might not be your fault, but it is your responsibility.
The Empowering Truth of Responsibility, cover

Really? Responsibility? There cannot be a less appealing word. We know we are supposed to be responsible. That does not mean we want to read a book about it.

I wrote it anyway, for one reason. In all my years of working with people I have not found anything else that transforms a life or a relationship the way responsibility does. That is, if you take responsibility for the right things. Taking responsibility for the wrong things will wreck you slowly, and frankly, we are not taught the difference.

I wrote this book over the course of 10 weeks during the COVID pandemic lockdown. I wrote it for my clients. And now you can read it too.

I hope that you find it helpful too.

Two pages from The Empowering Truth of Responsibility
The chapters are short and to the point. No American-style analogies and unnecessary storytelling.
Why it is built this way

Personal development runs on two things: principles and techniques. Principles do not change. Techniques are invented every year. This book is built on timeless principles that will be helpful until the end of time. And I did not invent these principles, I am merely sharing them with you.

That is also why there is a bonus section. As new techniques come along for applying these same principles, I add them there rather than leaving you with a book that ages.

Much of what is in here I learned from the people I work with, who trusted me with their stories, their pain and their victories. It is their book as much as mine.

Much love,
Francois
